Transfer pricing

The pressure is on for international corporate groups to get the pricing for their intercompany transactions right as local legislators are attempting to avoid profit shifting to low tax countries (base erosion).

Under firm leadership of the OECD, most OECD member states have rapidly introduced legislation to force multinational groups to be transparent about their transfer pricing policies and the actual allocation of profits between the various members of the group.

In the Netherlands, like in many other OECD member states, we now have mandatory reporting requirements, like the ones arising from

  • the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Rules (BEPS),
  • the Common Reporting Standards (CRS) or
  • the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

Our core business is to advise our clients on the tax implications of setting up and running their international business ventures, assist them with their Dutch tax compliance matters and can take care for filing of tax returns. Transfer pricing is a corner stone of our expertise.

We are ideally placed to give you the assurance that you need in the field of being compliant to international (OECD) transfer pricing standards, the development of your international transfer pricing strategy and the fiscal optimization in relation thereto.
