I am responsible for the corporate practice of TAXci and, as a Senior Consultant, I also serve a portfolio of larger mainly international companies.

I started my career at the international practice of Deloitte & Touche in Rotterdam, where I started as an international tax lawyer. I then worked at Staal Bankiers where I was involved in, among other things, developing financial products, providing tax support to both the bank's business and private clients, and advising on the tax position of the bank itself.

After that, I returned to international corporate tax practice at Arthur Andersen where I initially focused on the financial markets, Energy & Utilities and Merger and Acquisitions, and eventually joining the M&A team to supervise reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. From this background I have specialized experience in: supervising (cross-border) reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, transfer pricing studies, public bond and share issues; assisting energy companies in tax regime transition; assisting foreign investors / industries in starting up greenfield activities in the Netherlands and / or other EU countries; advice on financial products and structures and (co) developing such products and structures.

I graduated as a tax lawyer and corporate lawyer at the University of Leiden. After that I completed the professional training of the Dutch Board of Tax Advisors (NOB) and I followed various internal and external courses and trainings.
